K Rend & silicone rendering
Through-coloured silicone render on houses, extensions and new builds. Full elevations prepped, beaded, basecoated and finished in one consistent pass, so the colour runs true from eaves to DPC.
More about K RendExternal rendering is our specialism, but we're plasterers first — which means the inside of a job gets the same attention as the outside.

Trade & commercialNot sure which one you need?
That's quite normal — plenty of jobs involve a bit of both. Send a couple of photos over on WhatsApp and we'll happily talk you through what you're looking at, free of charge. WhatsApp 07539 857038.
Also worth knowing
Absolutely. A single ceiling, a patch of blown render or one room to be skimmed are all jobs we're pleased to quote for, and many of our regular customers first came to us with exactly that. Give us a call and we'll arrange a time to come and look.
We're based in Stockport and work right across the North West — Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and into Lancashire — and we're happy to travel further afield. See areas we cover, or just give us your postcode and we'll let you know.
For external work we'll coordinate scaffold as part of the job, so it goes up when it's needed and comes down when we're finished. It's shown separately on your quote so you can always see what it's costing.
It depends on size, substrate and weather, but a typical semi or detached house is usually around a couple of weeks from scaffold up to scaffold down, including drying time between coats. We'll give you a realistic window with your quote and keep you updated as the work progresses.
Often, yes — though render weathers over time, so a perfect invisible match on an older elevation isn't always achievable. We'll explain what's realistic when we visit. In some cases re-coating a full elevation gives a much better result than patching, and we'll set out both options with prices so you can decide.
Photos, a rough size and a postcode is all we need to get started.
